PRIVACY
Privacy policy
What this site records, what leaves Côte d’Ivoire, and the rights Ivorian law gives you.
NO COOKIES
What this site does not record
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. So there is no banner to accept, and nothing to decline.
Traffic is measured anonymously by Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, two services of our host: page views and loading times, without cookies and without identifying visitors.
THE FORM
What becomes of what you write
The contact form sends nothing to this site. What you type stays in your browser: no server of the agency receives it, and nothing is stored here.
When you submit, the site opens WhatsApp with the message already written. You read it over, and you send it yourself. The text travels inside the address of the link, which leads to wa.me, a WhatsApp service owned by Meta: it therefore passes through Meta before it even reaches your own WhatsApp. Once sent, it lands in the agency’s WhatsApp, which keeps it like any other conversation.
- What is asked for
- Your name, your telephone number, your email address, your message, and the name of the property if you arrive from a listing.
- Who receives it
- WhatsApp, a Meta group company, in passing; then TANASA REAL ESTATE.
- How to give nothing
- Do not send the message. The form is the only place on this site that asks you for anything.
OUT OF THE COUNTRY
What leaves Côte d’Ivoire
Three things leave Ivorian territory, and we would rather write them down.
-
Loading the pages. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. and served from its network: your request and your IP address reach servers outside Côte d’Ivoire.
-
The traffic measurement. It is run by the same host, without cookies and without identifying visitors.
-
The WhatsApp message. Outside Europe, WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp LLC; its privacy policy states that information may be transferred to the United States and to countries where the Meta group companies are established.
Article 26 of law no. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data governs these transfers out of the country.
ON YOUR DEVICE
What stays with you
Three settings are kept by your browser, on your device: the properties you set aside in your selection, your choice of whether to hear sound, and the fact that the opening sequence of the home page has already played during this visit.
None of the three goes to a server, none becomes a cookie, none serves to recognise you. Clearing your browser data erases them.
YOUR RIGHTS
What you can require
Over the data the agency holds about you, law no. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data gives you a right of access, a right of rectification, a right to object and a right to erasure, in its articles 29 to 33.
You may also object, free of charge, to receiving commercial messages. The law on electronic transactions in fact forbids canvassing by electronic message without your prior agreement.
To exercise these rights, write to the agency. You may also refer the matter to the Telecommunications and ICT Regulatory Authority, the ARTCI, which article 46 of law no. 2013-450 designates as the data protection authority.
WHAT IS MISSING
What this page does not publish
The law asks for eight pieces of information at the moment data are collected. Six are written above. Two are absent from this page, and we invent neither.
-
The full legal identity of the data controller, that is, of the company. It depends on the details the Legal notice page lists.
-
The retention period of the messages received. In Côte d’Ivoire that period is not written into the law: article 43 of law no. 2013-450 entrusts it to the protection authority, processing by processing.
Both will be written here on the day they are settled.
The full list of what is missing from the agency’s identity is on the Legal notice page.
A question about your data, or a wish to exercise one of these rights? Write to the agency.
